Working in the International Baccalaureate® (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP) accredited school completely shifted my perception of education. Regular meetings with peer colleagues, collaboration, and long discussions about the central ideas, units of inquiry, and key concepts are not easy processes to plan but are worth exploring for students.
