Leading From the Middle
I was surprised when the school offered me an opportunity to take part in the 14 - week intense workshop for school leaders. The course was for the Heads of Departments, Coordinators, and aspiring Leaders. Learning about your deep ‘cause’ in education, improving ideas, setting up an agile way to work with peer colleagues, and personal effectiveness as a leader completely blow my mind off. For sure my methods are not going to be the same anymore!
